Are your products authentic?

Yes, our products are 100% authentic. We get all our products directly from the brand manufacturer or their authorised distributor.

How do I place an order?

You may add a product to your cart directly from the category page, or add the product to the cart from the product page.

Once you are done shopping, you may go to My Cart to review your orders again or go to Checkout directly.

Must I register as a user to checkout my cart?

No, you don't have to. We have an option for you to checkout as guest.

You can also login with your Facebook account, and a unique username and password will be sent to your email automatically.

We would like to encourage you to join us as a registered user so as to enjoy our reward points systems and many other member privileges and discounts!

Upon registration, every member receives 250 credits (worth $5), and another 250 credits (worth $5) when they sign up for our newsletter. The credits earned can then be used to rebate their first/subsequent purchase.

Every dollar spent on purchase can also be accumulated as a credit reward point!

Best part is, the credits do not expire at all and can be transferred to your friend's account as gift too!

Can the order be placed everyday?

Yes, orders and payment can be placed 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

However, note that processing for delivery is only done during Business Hours; Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Singapore Time.

How do I pay?

All payments are done via Paypal. 

We accept payments by all major credit cards through Paypal.

Payments are processed by Paypal and is secure.

Skinstreet will bear all transaction costs of this service!

How much do I have to pay for shipping?

Local delivery is charged at a flat rate of S$7.00.

Free delivery is offered for purchases over S$100.00!

For local deliveries, we use a range of Singapore Post Registered Article or Speedpost Smart Pac Service or Courier Service, depending on the order size.

International delivery is currently available with Speedpost Air Parcel Services. Shipping charges differs from country to country and is calculated based on product weights. Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout stage. It also includes a S$10.00 handling fee. Delivery is estimated to take 5 to 17 working days with this service.

If you have a preference or request for other shipping methods, kindly email us your order and shipping method at orders@skinstreet.com.sg.

When can I expect my delivery?

As mentioned, processing is only done during business hours; Monday - Friday, 9am - 6pm Singapore Time. Hence, do allow 3-4 working days upon your order for the local delivery to reach you, unless otherwise stated.

International orders sent via Speedpost Air Parcel will have an estimated delivery of 5 to 17 working days.

How do I utilize my E-Gift Card?

Shop for your favourite products and add them to cart. Proceed to checkout and enter your E-Gift Card Redemption Code in Payment Method.
