1. PRICING

All prices quoted are in Singapore Dollars. Skinstreet.com.sg reserves the right to adjust prices without prior notice.

 

2. ORDERING

Our online store is operational 24/7. This means that you may place and pay for your order any time, any day of the week.

 

3. PAYMENT

We accept payments by all major credit cards via Paypal, and also Paypal accounts.

An invoice from skinstreet.com.sg and payment advice from Paypal will be automatically generated and sent to your email account as proof of purchase.

 

4. PROCESSING

Orders will be processed for delivery Monday – Friday, 9am – 6pm Singapore Time.

Do allow 1-2 working days upon your purchase for order to be processed.

 

5. Shipping

Shipping within Singapore:

  • Do allow 1-2 working days upon your purchase for order to be processed, and another 2-3 working days for the delivery to reach you, unless otherwise stated.
  • PRE-ORDER items placed in the same order as regular items will be sent out separately upon their arrival at no extra delivery cost.
  • For regular items, orders will be sent out by SingPost SmartPac service or SingPost Registered Article at a flat rate of $7.00, inclusive of handling fees. For orders above $100, shipping is FREE. 
  • Bulky items may be sent out via local courier.


International delivery is currently available with Speedpost Air Parcel Services. Shipping charges differs from country to country and is calculated based on product weights. Shipping rate will be calculated at checkout stage. It also includes a S$10.00 handling fee. Delivery is estimated to take 5 to 17 working days with this service. If you have a preference or request for other shipping methods, kindly email us your order and shipping method at orders@skinstreet.com.sg.

 

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by the recipient; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.

 

6. Warranty

Warranty is only available for Baby Quasar devices and MayBeau Beauty Mask.

 

Baby Quasar

Through us, Baby Quasar offers a full five year unconditional, unlimited warranty. If your Baby Quasar device stops working for any reason, other than physical abuse, we will replace it free of charge.

Baby Quasar devices are made from solid billets of machines aluminium in order to be durable and long lasting. The electronic components are from the top drawer with 10 year life expectancy. Baby Quasar recognizes that components can occasionally fail due to manufacturing differences, which is why the five year warranty is offered to customers.

MayBeau

We are offering a one year warranty for the MayBeau beauty mask from the date of purchase. Keep a copy of your purchase invoice as reference.

7. RETURNS POLICY

Skinstreet.com.sg will not be liable for any damage caused to the product in the course of delivery by any event or circumstance out of our control.

All products are checked by us before order packaging and delivery. Items are bubble-wrapped for extra protection. However, if you receive a defective good, please kindly contact us at info@skinstreet.com.sg within 3 working days and we will do an exchange promptly.

Products that have been opened or used will not be eligible for returns/refunds/exchanges, unless otherwise stated.

 

Baby Quasar

If you are not satisfied with your Baby Quasar Skin Care System purchase, and would like to return it for a full refund(credits on skinstreet), kindly send in your return request to info@skinstreet.com.sg within 60 calendar days upon receipt of product.

If your Baby Quasar device stops working for any reason, other than physical abuse, we will replace it free of charge under Baby Quasar’s warranty.

Contact us at info@skinstreet.com.sg with relevant product and warranty details if your Baby Quasar is still within the 5 year warranty period and we will arrange an exchange for you promptly.

Delivery charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

 

May Beau

If your May Beau Beauty Mask defaults within the 1 year warranty period due to manufacturing defects, we will do an exchange. Contact us at info@skinstreet.com.sg with relevant product and order details and we will arrange an exchange for you promptly.

Delivery charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

 

Nano Estte

If your Nano Estte defaults within the 1 year warranty period due to manufacturing defects, we will do an exchange. Contact us at info@skinstreet.com.sg with relevant product and order details and we will arrange an exchange for you promptly.

Delivery charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

 

Oaze

If your Oaze defaults within the 1 year warranty period due to manufacturing defects, we will do an exchange. Contact us at info@skinstreet.com.sg with relevant product and order details and we will arrange an exchange for you promptly.

Delivery charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.

 

Skin Street Sonic Cleanse

If your Sonic Cleanse Skincare System handset defaults within the 1 year warranty period due to manufacturing defects, we will do an exchange. Contact us at info@skinstreet.com.sg with relevant product and order details and we will arrange an exchange for you promptly.

Delivery charges for the exchange will be borne by the customer.
